About Us

Faculty of Tourism, affiliated to the Rectorate of Adıyaman University, was established with the decision of the Council of Ministers numbered 2014/6728 published in the Official Gazette numbered 29100 on 6 August 2014. Tourism Management, Tourism Guidance, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Recreation Management departments are within the Faculty of Tourism. 

The Department of Tourism Management has started accepting students in the academic year of 2015-2016 and the Department of Tourism Guidance in 2018-2019. "Travel Management and Tourism Guidance", "Food and Beverage Management", "Accommodation Management" departments of the School of Tourism and Hotel Management, which was closed with the same Council of Ministers decision, continue their activities semi-actively under the Faculty of Tourism.

As of the 2015-2016 academic year, there are a total of 13 lecturers in our Faculty, consisting of 1 Professor, 4 Associate Professors, 4 Doctoral Research Assistants, 1 Doctoral Instructor, 1 Instructor and 2 Research Assistants.
