Centennial Tastes of Our City Shown on Star TV Screens

Vahe Kılıçarslan's "Happiness at Home" programme, which is broadcast on Star TV screens and hosted this week, has been hosted by Adıyaman University.

The program introduced Adıyaman's centuries-old flavors and geographically marked products.

The program, hosted by our rector, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Keleş, featured dishes and sweets prepared by the teachers of the newly opened Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at our university.

The program, which was held at the Central Campus, also introduced traditional flavors such as crude cabbage, crushed crab, rhinoceros, Adıyaman tava, Meyir soup and cheese helva, as well as geographically marked products such as Besni grape, Kâhta pomegranate and Tut mulberry.
